The capital of the Costa del Sol is Malaga, which has approx. 1.5 million people in the greater metropolitan area, and which houses the International airport. Malaga city and its airport are within 45 minutes of all the major towns we serve, such as Nerja, Marbella, Torre del Mar, Frigiliana, Torremolios, Fuengirola and Mijas.

The Costa del Sol has the best climate in Europe, and temperatures on the coast range from the high teens in winter to mid-thirties in Summer, making it an ideal place to live. As such it attracts visitors all year round, particularly from Scandinavia, where temperatures rarely move above zero in winter. The cold wet dreary winters in the rest of Europe also send many visitors south to the Costa del Sol. This fact makes investing here very attractive to investors who can get rental returns all year round.

The Sporting and leisure attractions on the Costa, with its myriad golf courses, walking and mountain climbing, sailing fishing and glorious beaches, make it an outdoor paradise for sports and recreational lovers of all ages. Added to all that of course is that Malaga city is the home of Malaga FC, one of the football clubs of the Spanish first division, La Liga. So locals get to see world class teams such as Real Madrid and Barcelona, regularly

The history, natural beauty and outdoor Mediterranean life style, along with the wonderful cuisine and fresh produce for which the area is rightly famous, along with the world class sport and cultural attractions will continue to ensure that the area remains popular.

All of the major towns in the area are linked by motorways and through these and the high speed rail network, along with the airport, the Costa del Sol is an integral and easily accessed part of the European Union.
