Burriana Properties was created by three independent families brought together by one common ground which was their love of Nerja. Joe and Susan Byrne from Mallahyde in Dublin, Ireland moved to Nerja with their youngest son. Leigh & Jane Morgan from Kent, England moved to Nerja with their 3 children and John and Lisa Trevelyan from Oxford, England moved to Nerja with their 2 teenage daughters.

With a combined strength of backgrounds in finance, sales, account management, customer services, tourism, property management and rentals, Burriana Properties has become one of the leading estate agents in Nerja. Knowing the fact there is no statutory control over who can set up in the overseas property business and the increased number of estate agents in Spain, we have adopted one very clear standard throughout, and believe this standard is one of the fundamental reasons for our success, and that is honesty and integrity in all our dealings with clients and customers.
